Upload and download unlocked and locked notes- Notes created using iChart that are unlocked or in draft mode can be uploaded for further edits online, then synced back to iChart.
New online Structured Note Editor
- Draft uploaded notes can be edited using the same Templates (menu trees) via our new online note editor.

New Features:
Added badge that shows number of Outbox items for sync. Displayed on the Patient tab and Application icons.
Added new patient and encounter forms on the website for desktop data entry, edits and deletions. All changes are synchronized with the iPhone-iChart when synced.
Added user preference in iChart app settings to control sync conflicts.
Patient and encounters are automatically restored in the event that the iPhone is replaced or the iChart application is deleted and re-installed. NOTE: Only patients and encounters are restored.
Added additional patient field named ‘other’ within patient detail form. Designed to be used to track patient specific miscellaneous data.

Custom medications can be added by the user, and are placed in the medication Favorites list.
Labs are automatically added to relevant notes (most recent 4 days of labs within a week of the created note)
